We are seeking Reverse Closers to join our first in class Operations Team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare loan closing documents within Reverse Vision and Quantum systems
Audit for current RESPA, TILA, GFE and HUD1 guidelines
Audit final executed closing documents for accuracy and completion
Audit and approve final HUD1
Calculate and request wire transfer from warehouse line to Settlement agents
Utilize FHA Connection to update loan data as needed
Complete required checklists and worksheets
Pay range between 25 to 30 an hour with a per file bonus
Experience and Education:
Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan closing and funding
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
Knowledge of MS Office products
Strong customer service and time management skills a must
Must be detail oriented
Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry
The hourly rate for this position is $26 per hour.

Vacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis. Balance maximums are based on years of service.
