We are seeking a Business Development Contractor to help expand our reverse mortgage lead generation partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage partners who can drive high-quality traffic to our reverse mortgage landing pages on a cost-per-lead (CPL) basis.
This role requires prior industry experience and a proactive approach—leveraging your existing network in digital marketing, financial services, or senior-focused industries, as well as conducting targeted outreach to potential partners.
You will be responsible for identifying email marketing partners, native ad partners, organic search partners, and complementary industry partnerships (e.g., aging-in-place home care companies) that can effectively target homeowners aged 62+. Strong relationship-building skills will be essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Research, reach out, and leverage existing relationships to connect with companies and publishers who can generate leads in the 62+ homeowner demographic
Engage potential partners in early-stage conversations to understand their lead generation capabilities and ensure alignment before handing them off to our internal team
Continuously research emerging lead generation opportunities within mortgage and senior-focused industries and digital marketing channels
Qualifications:
Business development, partnerships, or lead generation experience in financial services, mortgage, or senior-focused markets
Established network of contacts is a must
Proven ability to source CPL partnerships through outreach and networking
Experience with affiliate marketing and performance-based partnerships
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and drive measurable results
