This position provides operations leadership, coaching, and oversight for functions of all Wholesale lines of business, with a focus on managing the Client Experience through the accurate application of enterprise guidelines and risk tolerance framework. In addition, as a member of the larger Production Support team, partner with other stakeholders to deliver credit-based and strategy-based initiatives to credit employees across all Divisions. Liaison with Wholesale sales leadership and Wholesale client support leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include any/all the following, as assigned. Other duties not listed here may also be assigned:

Minimum of 2 years Reverse Operations Experience across CLS, PA, and Broker channels, including leadership experience within Operations.
(DE) Underwriting experience is preferred
Oversees daily loan operations workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within requires SLAs
Work with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and support to third party partners
Review escalations for resolution of complex issues with both internal and external partners
Identify areas for improving process efficiency and recommend possible improvements
Assists the Wholesale Operations Manager with onboarding and training team members
Understands government, regulatory and Mutual guidelines to ensure all loans meet these standards
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple initiatives/deadlines occurring simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Other duties as assigned
