Overview:

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead the design, build-out, and continuous optimization of reporting and analytics across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care functions. This role will manage two analysts and serve as the central hub connecting campaign performance data, sales pipeline metrics, and customer experience insights into actionable intelligence for leadership.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor and business acumen—someone who can write SQL queries, build dashboards in Salesforce and adjacent BI tools, and translate data into clear narratives that drive strategic decisions. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on how the organization measures, understands, and improves its revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards and automated reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams using Salesforce, Excel, and BI/visualization tools.
  • Develop and standardize KPIs and performance metrics across the revenue lifecycle—from lead generation and affiliate traffic through loan closing and post-close customer satisfaction.
  • Create campaign-level attribution reporting to measure marketing ROI across affiliate partnerships, digital channels, and call center programs.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on sales funnel performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer care trends to surface actionable insights.

CRM & Data Management

  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and building reports and dashboards within the CRM.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Salesforce and related databases for reporting and analysis needs.
  • Partner with data engineering and technical teams to improve data pipelines, integrations, and ensure accurate data flow between marketing platforms, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Maintain documentation of data definitions, report logic, and business rules to ensure consistency and institutional knowledge.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor two Marketing Data Analysts, providing direction on priorities, professional development, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing leadership, Sales, Customer Service, and Compliance to align reporting with business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular cadence, translating complex data into clear, concise business narratives.

Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in revenue processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support campaign planning by providing historical performance benchmarks and predictive analysis.
  • Ensure all reporting and analytics activities comply with mortgage industry regulations (RESPA, TILA, TCPA) and internal compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • 2+ years of people management experience (direct reports).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM—including report builder, dashboards, and data management.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (ability to write and modify queries for data extraction and analysis; advanced/DBA-level skills not required).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and data modeling.
  • Experience building and managing marketing campaign performance reports and sales pipeline analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill data into executive-level insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the mortgage, financial services, or lending industry.
  • Familiarity with reverse mortgage products, HECM guidelines, or related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and affiliate/partner marketing programs.
  • Experience with call center reporting, lead routing, and customer care analytics.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
