Purpose:
The Mailroom Clerk/Transaction Coordinator processes incoming mail to ensure it goes to the appropriate department. The Mailroom clerk also processes basic incoming mortgage documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ships outgoing and incoming FedEx packages and mail.
Sorts through and distributes incoming packages and mail.
Processes some mail from start to finish.
Sends insurance, tile and deed documents to investors.
Completes other administrative tasks as needed.
Assists other departments in processing as needed.
Responds to questions from staff regarding the status of packages

Qualifications:

College degree or working towards degree or equivalent work experience
Previous administrative office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and prioritization
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
Must be able to lift boxes up to 45 pounds
