The Work:
This is a consumer direct refinance role built for closers. You'll work exclusively with live, inbound lead transfers — no cold calling, no self-generated leads, no outbound dialing. You'll listen, build rapport, and analyze each customer's full financial picture to match them with the right mortgage solution. This is an in-office position in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where the phones don't stop ringing.

The Person:
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer direct refinance lending (required)
  • Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive, with strong character and integrity
  • Builds rapport and connects quickly with consumers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong follow-up habits
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Strong closer with a passion for negotiating and getting deals done
  • Quickly identifies customer goals and objectives
  • Ambitious and motivated by real opportunity for advancement
  • Adaptable and quick-thinking in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills and data entry
  • College degree preferred, but not required
