Role Description: Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our fast-paced development team. As a key member, this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce Environment, supporting rapid product solutions and accelerated concept-to-implementation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, a keen interest in staying up to date with industry best practices, and the ability to thrive in a faster-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce instances to support business processes in the Reverse Mortgage/Mortgage Industry.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights to management.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
Document all configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in Salesforce administration and development.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (& at least 2 years in a senior role is a plus).
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Component development.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and data integration tools.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience with Github, Postman, Custom API Integrations or other Salesforce products is a plus.
