We are searching for an AdministrativeAssistant to join our team!
This position provides a variety of marketing and administrative day-to-day services to our team of loan originators and sales managers. Day to day duties will include providing general marketing and technology support to our loan officers, preparing corporate correspondences, maintaining our internal technology platforms, and preparing production reports as needed. This position will also be responsible for the overall coordination of projects and events, ensuring deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day assistance to Loan Officers via Sales Support Help Desk
Coordinate monthly training calendar
Manage internal roster of sales team, accounting for new hires and terminations
Create collateral including powerpoints, agendas, and flyers
Manage webinar and internal meeting platforms
Document internal procedures and maintain web-based document library, auditing as needed
Create internal forms and job aids for the sales team
Manage logistics for internal meetings, events, and corporate sponsorships
Coordinate special projects as required
Prepare production reports for senior management
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Identify and initiate opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
Excellent Microsoft Power Point and Excel skills
Encompass experience a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
Highly structured and organized with ability to balance competing timelines
