Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is searching for Redisclosure Specialist to join our team!
The Re-disclosure Specialist works hand in hand with processing supporting the loan process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working directly with Processing to maintain file flow from compliance perspective
Disclosing of loan files for State, Federal and Municipal compliance requirements and anticipating conditions necessary to pass said audit prior to closing
Reviewing initial and re-disclosures for signature and form compliance with RESPA 2010, MDIA/TILA, and Dodd Frank requirements
Running and Review of High cost/Predatory lending figures and system evaluation (Mavent)
Resource for sales and processing staff to help them maintain compliance and best practices.
Manage work flow and work queue priority through pipeline maintenance
Education and Experience:
1-3 years analytical experience preferred
Reverse Vision or Quantum experience preferred
Mortgage banking, or Mortgage Processing experience
Ability to run and interpret daily reports and work independently from a queue
